Geetadham Trust

The Geeta Dham Trust was formed under the Delhi Trust Act and registered under Nr 343 dated September 12, 1995.

It was with profound faith in universal brotherhood and spiritual fraternity that Guru Dev, the Founder President, created this Trust to serve as a beacon of light for the spiritually starved humanity, through its world-wide network of Geeta Ashrams. The Trust Board comprises of 30 members, including the President.

The board members represent a mosaic of devotees with rectitude, professional competencies and total commitment to execute Gur Dev’s mission. The Trust strictly adheres to the applicable laws and complies fully with statutory requirements.

The Board of Trustee meeting is convened TWICE every year – one in March and another in Oct/ Nov month. Trustees review the operations and discuss plans and ideas to improve the effectiveness of the organization to implement Guru Dev mission. The Auditors annual report is also discussed & approved, together with status of statutory compliances.
